      I actually borrowed the book from my mother The book is hard to put down Dr Ray is subtle with emotion, easy on detail, and can really get to the heart of mindfulness in a few pages A strange critic, but because of this I had to reread portions to make sure I understood the concepts The writing is lovely and goes very deep.
