      Four beautifully written novellettes, subtle and creepy I read a lot of this kind of quiet horror and a lot of it leaves me either shrugging or scratching my head, but these four stories were wonderful The two stories bookending this collection really are excellent, the best shorts I ve read in ages Ragman, where something sinister lurked amongst the clutter at a junkyard and For Two Songs, a skillfully crafted supernatural tale or is it which could easily be up there with the best stories of th [...]

      All four stories in this beautifully bound collection, which is a pleasure just to hold and read, are dark and secretive My favourite story by far was Fetch It had moments of twisted humour which made me laugh and cringe, and the descriptions of the characters were so detailed I felt that if I bumped into them in the street I d know them right away.
