Good quotes The creative person is one who brings something from the unknown into the world of the known, who brings something from God into the world, who helps God to utter something who becomes a hollow bamboo and allows God to flow through him How can you become a hollow bamboo If you are too full of the mind, you cannot become a hollow bamboo And creativity is from the creator, creativity is not of you or from you You disappear, then creativity is when the creator takes possession of you p [...]

Osho s every book is unique as a man himself This book is for everyone actually his all books are for everyone Creativity, life itself is a great creativity but it is spoiled by many things especially mind that is full thoughts Our mind is made by society including family they work well to kill the creativity of human being because everyone wants us to be like as they want In this struggle we lose our identity as an individual Our own Self is somewhat burried under so many things due to our soci [...]

I haven t read such a well written pile of shit since Well Never This might as well be top 5 worst works I have laid my eyes on Personally, I stay away from books that try to teach you about how you should approach a subject, or the ones that give you advice or pretend like they do, at least I don t believe they could actually teach me the thing that they are preaching I learn by personal experience and personal observations I listen carefully to what others have to say about a situation, then w [...]

Osho s philosophy always hits home By the time I d finished reading this book, my view of creativity had changed completely This book pulls no punches when it forces you to understand what true creativity is a fragrance of freedom that blends together both feeling and action into an awareness that translates into a uniquely individual creative expression I was reminded that each and every one of us comes into this world with a specific destiny the Divine has a task for us and, whether that task [...]

This book was an intense read I went through it slowly as it provoked thoughts that took time to grapple with After having finished it I have to say there were some good points but much I disagreed with Osho s assessment of creativity and human nature differ greatly from my perspective, and perhaps that was the most difficult thing to cope with while reading I feel I was very honest and fair with a two star review on this one.

Osho always sheds a new light What will you do if you possess the whole world, but you don t possess yourself When ambition enters, creativity disappears because an ambitious man cannot be creative, an ambitious man cannot love any activity for its own saked a creative person is always in the present I found a lot of great insight from this book People in any form of creative industry would gain a lot from reading this Some parts may hurt the ego to read, but it s for the best.

This is a very profound book and I ve learnt many truths here, although Osho does tend to ramble on a bit meaning, he could have said it in half the pages Well worth working through though.

In Creativity, Osho brings much wisdom and daring to the subject at hand His many fascinating notions on how to be creative range from dropping all of your lifelong conditioning and shoulds to opening yourself up like a hollow bamboo to allow the divine to pass through you Receptivity, therefore, is an essential component of creativity as is relaxation and effortless action, or wei wu wei Osho is also big on awareness, on sensing and seeing the world around you deeply and with great clarity Cre [...]

Being creative isn t merely aiming to economic reasons there s this profounding divine motive within the process You are connected to The Creator s main machine, lending the power to ultimately invent a piece of work that universally corresponds to what the world needs in particular This energy, creative energy, won t be succeeded as you firstly designed your blue print from any economic tendencies They ll ruin its purity. That s what Osho tries to impart in this book try to release ourselves fro [...]

There is a difference between action and activity Action is spontaneous, activity is planned Osho has made it clear what creativity actually means This book is indeed a MUST HAVE in my library I like what he tells about critics.Critics are not creative. If you are an Olympic runner, critics are someone who stands in crowd and throw stones at you while running Critics never participate. The best way to know something is to participate in it, to be in it.What an insight given by OSHO
